Description

Agreement Document S11-185 Request for Proposals for Security Assessment This RFP is issued by SAIC-Frederick, Inc. The Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) requires SAIC-Frederick, Inc. to assess its security controls to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of its information systems; and to formally authorize the operation of its information systems. SAIC-Frederick, Inc. (SAIC-F) is seeking to obtain a qualified Offeror to perform a Security Assessment. Objectives The NCI-Frederick Security Assessment consists of the following objectives: A. Develop a security assessment plan that describes the scope of the assessment B. Assess security controls consistent with NIST standards and guidelines for FISMA compliance, to determine the extent to which the controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the security requirements for the system C. Develop a security assessment report that documents the results of the assessment ALL OFFERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12PM, JUNE 1, 2011. This proposed due date is non-negotiable as all Statement of Work requirements must be completed by August 31, 2011.
