- FAI 4TH QTR SUBSISTENCE The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Fairton, New Jersey, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041100024 for the requirement of Fourth Quarter Subsistence (Meat,Frozen, and Dry Goods ). This is a 100% small business set aside. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery between July 01 2011 thru July 19, 2011 Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey 08320,(Include Shipping in all prices) in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 01, 2011 COB. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a propsal which will be considered. DO NOT CHANGE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SOLICITATION OR QUOTE, CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.
