- SF 1449, Performance Work Statement, Wage Determination and Site Visit details This solicitation (FA4800-11-T-0022) is for the installation of 60 cable outlets in 60 rooms/7 buildings capable of distributing DirecTV satellite connection for the Langley Inns Temporary Living Facilities on Langley AFB, VA. Upon completion of installation, the contractor shall activate DirecTV programming to all 60 outlets. Contractor must be an authorized DirecTV commercial dealer. A site visit will be held for all interested vendors on 24 May 2011. Quotes/offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote/offer is the lowest prices and technically acceptable. Quotes must be signed, dated, and submitted to Contract Specialist Oniqua White-Muldrow electronically by Friday, 27 May 2011, 3:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST). See attached SF 1449 for additional details about this requirement. Please note that block 6 of the SF 1449 should read 17 May 2011 not 16 May 2011.
