- Final Solicitation for Sigonella Enhanced Guides Past Performance Questionnaire Sigonella Enhance Guides Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) The Department of Defense Dependents Schools - Europe (DoDDS-E) Procurement Office intends to solicit a non-personal Firm Fixed Price contract, to provide school bus Enhance Guide services to the Mediterranean District, Sigonella, Italy. The contract will be issued for a Base and Two (2) Option Periods. It is the Government's intention to publicize a solicitation on FedBizOpps within the next 25 days. Interested Parties will be able to access all subsequent changes and notifications only through FedBizOpps. Telephone, e-mail and fax requests for solicitation or subsequent changes will not be accepted. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, quality control, material, required training and other items necessary to perform Enhanced Guides duties on buses operating to and from designated schools; alternate sites; and authorized school activities. SAFETY of the passengers is of the highest priority in the performance of contract services.
