- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price supply contract for buried collector system components to tie into existing relief wells and seepage pipes at Tuttle Creek Dam near Manhattan, Kansas. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is 453998 and the size standard is 7.0 million.
