- Solicitation Number: FA2521-11-R-0015 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation to Renovate 301 Rescue Squadron Operations Facility, Bldg 629. Project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials to renovate Bldg 629. The renovation will include exterior construction, interior reconfiguration with new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as extensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems. The contractor shall provide a retrofit SCIF enclosure and Four William-Scotsman temporary office modules for the duration of the renovation project. Bid Option 2: Replace the Trane chiller with a new 40 ton Napps Chiller/Equal. Period of performance is 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 1 Jul 2011 and proposal closing date of 30 Jun 2011 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 236220/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
