Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate with Deschutes County Sheriff's Office a contract for security patrol services on Reclamation lands in Deschutes County, Oregon. The Deschutes County Sheriff's law enforcement authority will provide added value during performance of the patrols. Consequently, the Government believes that Deschutes County Sheriff's Office is the most appropriate responsible source capable of satisfying the agency's requirement. Although this notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes, interested parties may submit a qualification statement via email to the contact listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 561612. The small business size standard is $18.5 million in annual receipts averaged over the previous three one-year accounting periods.
