Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-11-T-3083. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-51 and DFARS Change Notice 20110511. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 334416 and the Small Business Standard is 500. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Regional Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 (1) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 100KVA, "AB" CONNECTED P/N E12B5Z6FRT CLIN 0002 (1) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 100 KVA, "BC" CONNECTED P/N E12B5Z6GVL CLIN 0003 (1) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 100 KVA, "AC" CONNECTED P/N E12B5Z6GVM CLIN 0004 (3) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 150 KVA, DELTA VOLTAGE: 208Y/120 CLIN 0005 (1) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 167 KVA, "BC" CONNECTED P/N E12B6Z5HWT CLIN 0006 (1) Each TRANSFORMER, PADMOUNT 75 KVA (DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH OF THE CLIN ™S LISTED ABOVE ARE ATTACHED. PLEASE REVIEW THE SPECIFICATIONS CLOSELY. QUOTE SHOULD BE FOB DESTINATION.) DELIVERY shall be made to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii, 400 Marshall Road, Building 44 Receiving FISC Code 440, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860. Delivery date is requested within 90 DAYS of receipt of award by 4:00 PM HAWAII STANDARD TIME. Please provide details your delivery plans. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Vendor must be able to accept Governmentwide commercial purchase card. Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quoters must be registered in the CCR database to be considered for award.
