Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to determine if there are a sufficient number of certified Women Owned Small Business concerns to warrant issuing a solicitation for this requirement under Women Owned Small Business set-aside procedures (FAR 19). NAICS 621399, services to be performed at Samaritan Medical Center and Carthage Area Hospital for Fort Drum New York. Services consist of: 1 Surgical Nursing Assistant who will be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license from any State in the United States. RN must possess and maintain certification as a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR). RN must possess and maintain certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNA). RN must possess current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. RN must have a minimum of three years recent experience (within the last three years) as a surgical first assistant. The anticipated base period of performance will be 1 October 2011 through 31 March 2012 to include four (4) 1 year option periods 1 April 2012 through 31 March 2016. Interested contractors must be capable of filling the position stated above. The Performance Work Statement for this requirement will state no later than 15 days after award, the Contractor must submit for approval the resumes of the applicants and copies of qualifying licenses, training, certifications, degrees, BCLS training, and other documentation as specified.
