Location: Project site is located at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge in Grayson Countyapproximately 20 miles northwest of Sherman, Texas on Big Mineral Creek which has variable, uncontrolled flows. Site Visit: Contractors are encouraged to visit the project site and inspect existingconditions prior to submitting quotes. This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside.
