Description

Amendment A01 for Commercial Outdoor Advertising Management Services Solicitation Number 109804-11-A-0002 incorporates the following: 1. Under Scope of Work - Item #7: Independent Management: Delete the last sentence and substitute: Contractor must not own, be owned by or be affiliated with product and/or services companies whose products and/or services would / could be "advertised" on outdoor advertizing structures. 2. How to Complete the RFP Statement: page 3 of 27 - Minimum Performance Requirements - Item # 2, Clarify that "generating annual revenues in excess of $50,000,000" means gross advertising revenues. 3. Part IV CSA MARKET AREAS OF INTEREST and RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: In the first column, the Respondent shall "Note Markets of operation with an X", change to clarify that it is their "Existing / Current" markets of operation and in lieu of an "X" and indicate the actual number of sites the entity operates and / or manage outdoor advertising structures within that Metropolitan Statistical Area. The solicitation due date remains the same.
