- Capitol Police Buildings 7 Grounds PWS The Office of Security Programs (OSP), which is a jurisdiction of the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Alternate Computer Facility (ACF), located within the National Capitol Region of Washington, D.C., as well as the Capitol Police Buildings and Grounds (CPBG) located on the Capitol Hill Complex, is seeking Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) services for the both sites, in support of the mission of the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and their daily operations, and all Congressional jurisdictions located within the facility. The following AOC-OSP facilities are included in this PWS: 1. Alternate Computer Facility (ACF) - 345,000 square feet and Kiosks - 2 approximately 300 gross square feet. 2. United States Capitol Police Headquarters - 85,000 square feet 3. Fairchild Office Building - 120,000 square feet (*See attachment for specific equipment information) 4. Currier Acceptance Site - 4,500 square feet 5. 67-K Street Facility - 24,000 square feet 6. Interim Offsite Delivery Facility (IODF) - 11,200 7. Explosive Storage Facility - 1,500 square feet 8. Canine Training Facility - 4,200 square feet 9. Perimeter Security Kiosks (57) - 57,00 square feet The AOC-OSP is seeking a consolidated facilities management (CFM) Contractor with the experience and capabilities to service and operate an extensive and multifaceted complex. The ACF and CPBG sites requires a full range of facilities operation/maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping services, grounds maintenance, snow removal and shop services described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The AOC will hold an "Outreach Conference" for those companies interested in the CFM procurement. The conference will be held on May 11, 2011 from 12 noon to 2:00 PM at the Ford House Office Building located at 2nd & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20515.
