- Carpeting and Painting project per statement of work dated April 7, 2011 Please contact the above to obtain project packages to include project specifications and statement of work. All proposals must be submitted on SF 1442 along with exhibit B. All contractors need to be registered in CCR and ORCA. The proposals will be evaluated on best value, past performance and techinal acceptable. Estimated project value is between $27,000 and $35,000. Site Visit is scheduled for May 19, 2011 at 10:00am, no other site visits will be scheduled. All contractors are encouraged to attend. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by economically disadvantage firms including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged.
