Sources Sought Synopsis THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. Health Promotion Desease Prevention, Navajo Area Indian Health Services intends to make an award to THE EARTH CIRCLE FOUNDATION, INC. - WINGS OF AMERICA, 901 W. SAN MATEO RD. STE M, SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO, 87501. Interested parties may email bertina.jones@ihs.gov not later than May 16, 2011, 1:00pm MST. This notice of intend is not a request for competive proposals. However, all capability statements, proposals or quotations must be received within 5 days business days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
