- The Naval EOD Technology Division has a requirement for Greenwave Bullet Antennas. This award is a firm fixed Price Purchase Order. This is a sole source requirement under the authority of 10USC 2304 ( C ) ( 1 ). Greenwave Scientific,Inc 2800 Sumner Blvd STE 166, Raleigh, NC 27616-3258. Note: The Offeror will be ineligible for award unless they are registered in DoD ™s Central Contractors Registration Database.
