Description
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider among other things the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirement, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tneant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Delineated area: Harrisville City, Utah Minimum Square feet 100,000 BOMA Usable square feet Maximum Square feet 100,200 BOMA Usable Square feet Space Type, Office, Warehouse, Clean Space, Specialized Space Parking Spaces: 555 Surface+ Full Term 7 years Firm Term 4 Years Additional requirements: 24 hour continuous operational access High Security Perimeter Fencing Camera and Security Guard locations 20,000 SF HEPA Filtrated space that can be locked down to separate HAZMAT from employees. Canine Training area Minimum 29,000 Office area Warehouse area and loading docks Health Unit Space 500 SF Food Service Space 2500 SF HVAC Upgrades Electrical Upgrades Offered Space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety, accessability, seismic and sustainability standards per thethe terms of the lease. The proposed space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
