Description
PCI Complaint Recurring Payment Solution This is a Request for Information (RFI) Overview: The Headquarters Air Force Services Agency (HQ AFSVA), Directorate of Management Systems, Plans and Requirements Division is seeking sources and pricing for a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant solution to process recurring payments. The Air Force Services Agency requires the ability to securely document and process recurring credit card charges and protect customer data for several Air Force activities. The intended solution must be PCI compliant and have the ability to allow a patron access via the internet to establish a profile and store their payment information. This solution must securely capture customer data. HQ AFSVA understands that any number provided by vendors will be a best estimate based on the limited information provided. Requirement: Provide a web based solution with patron internet accessibility allowing Air Force activities to securely store customer credit card or other acceptable method of payment information for processing on a recurring cycle. The solution must produce a file of credit card transactions to submit to the Air Force bank for processing against the customers' accounts. The transmission must meet all applicable security standards. The solution must meet the following criteria at a minimum: - Comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standard requirements for securely storing and transmitting customer credit card information. The product must ensure the data is safe from intrusion and theft of the customer personal information. - Must meet the DIACAP, DOD 8500 security controls. - Must securely build and maintain the database. - Must use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for data transmission and communications originating from the Force Support Squadron Activities. - Have a user friendly customer interface. - The ability to support various payment methods such as, but not limited to credit card, debit card, or direct-debit payment. Customers should also be able to use the Air Force proprietary club card and Force Support Squadron FFS Gift Cards. AFSVA is seeking to obtain a technical solution to meet the requirement and a cost estimate for this solution. THIS ACTION WILL NOT RESULT IN CONTRACT AWARD. THIS RFI IS FOR INFORMATION GATHERING ONLY.
