The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 332510. This is a change from the pre-solicitation notice where the NAICS was 444190. SITE VISIT/PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: (a) A site visit/preproposal conference is scheduled for 25 May 2011 at 9:00am (EST) at Lockhart Hall B. 957. The purpose of the site visit/preproposal conference is to improve the understanding of the government requirements. Attendance is not mandatory. (b) Attendees will meet at the 23 CES Civil Engineering Compound, Lockhart Hall B. 957, Moody AFB, GA 31699. In order to insure adequate seating, those planning to attend are requested to notify Lil Belin (primary)lil.belin@moody.af.mil or SSgt Lucas Richardson lucas.richardson@moody.af.mil at least five working days prior to the site visit/preproposal conference to be placed on the site visit authorization list. All questions and comments shall be directed to Lil Belin (primary)lil.belin@moody.af.mil or SSgt Lucas Richardson lucas.richardson@moody.af.mil, no later than 2 June 2011 at 3pm EST. Responses will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation no later than 13 June 2011. All proposals are due on 21 Jun 2011 at 2pm EST. The contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. This is a commercial acquisition; therefore, award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website.
