- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) RDX II/1, Qty 2,500LB; 2) FEM RDX 4 micron, QTY 1,000LB. This requirement is sole sourced to BAE SYSTEMS ORDNANCE SYSTEMS INC., 4509 W STONE DR, KINGSPORT, TN 37660-1048, as the only vendor able to produce and distribute this product. Any firms believing that they can provide the specified materials listed above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
