Description: RECOVERY--This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate the following: reprogram seven pairs of exhaust fans on buildings 1, 4, and 34 to reduce the increased sound pressure head in several areas of the buildings at the SouthEast Poultry Research Laboratory and to supply fabricated duct blanks in building 35 at the SouthEast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA in the total amount of $8,016. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). The additional services have been deemed necessary under the current contract and are within scope of the current contract. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0001. This modification will be awarded to Peachtree Mechanical, Inc. 535 Marksmen Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
