- The Federal Bureau of Prison, FCI Tallahassee, FL intends to issue solicitation RFQP03141100022, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-DAIRY. The solicitation is Unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin July 01, 2011 through September 30, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32301. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal or single multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be in the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 13, 2011, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation, the anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 09, 2011. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per 52-212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certificates Applications (orca) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
