Heavy Duty Low Floor, 40 Ft., 39 Passenger-Diesel NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLICITATION The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue Solicitation QMAE-CY-110303-N for the Transit Bus Program to include acquisition of Special Item Number (SIN)s: 377A. Heavy Duty Low Floor, 40 Ft., 39 Passenger-Diesel 377B. Heavy Duty Low Floor, 40 Ft., 39 Passenger-CNG. 377C. Heavy Duty Low Floor,40 Ft., 39 Passenger-Diesel Electric Hybrid. This acquisition will result in one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price Type Contract (s) with an Economic Price Adjustment. The resulting contract(s) will consist of one (1) base year with four (4) option years. This acquisition is 100% Full and Open Competition. FOB: Destination. The offer due date is on or about 22 JUN 2011 (See solicitation for actual offer due date). Buses must be built in accordance with the attached purchased descriptions. NOTE: Prospective offerors are required to obtain a user name and password for GSA's secure on-line proposal application (AutoBid) prior to issuance of this solicitation. A user name and password is obtained by submitting the solicitation number (QMAE-CY-110303-N), company's name, valid DUNS number, address, business size, user's name, telephone number, fax, email and proposed make and models for each Schedule Line Item (SIN) to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is needed. Account information will be provided within Ten (10) business days of your request.
