- THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER 18 MAY 2011, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format ONLY and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website when available. This procurement will be issued as a SBA Certified Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 541620 with a small business standard size of $7.0 Million. This solicitiation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. General Description: The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement to have a contractor provide modeling for Whale Encounters with Cruise Ships.
