- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete project 568-11-202 Road Replacement/Sidewalk Improvements at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work will include, but not limited to, earthwork, grading, replacement of asphalt roads, concrete pans, sidewalks, curbs and gutters as shown on the contract plans and in accordance with all contract documents. Work that can not be completed during the Summer and Fall of 2011 will be completed in the Spring of 2012. Construction estimate is $500,000 to $1,000,000. In accordance with Public Law 109-461 this procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Applicable NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction with a business size of $33.5 million. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Offerors must be listed in the VIP database, available at www.vetbiz.gov, and also must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive contract awards. Successful Offeror must also be verified by VA's Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) prior to receiving an award. The solicitation package will be available approximately June 1, 2011. Date for receipt of proposals is set for June 30, 2011 by close of business 4:00pm MST. No hard copies of the solicitation package and drawings will be provided. Solicitation package and drawings will be available at www.FedBizOpps.gov.
