Description

The VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to negotiate a commercial contract for Non-Emergent Ambulatory transportation for Veterans attending medical appointments at one of the VA facilities in Puget Sound, WA. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all vehicles, management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment and reports and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. The Contractor shall have all the certifications, licenses and permits required to provide the service that meet all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Government expects to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year (13 June 2011 through 3l May 2012) with One (1) Option Year. This is a commercial item solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
