- Description
- The 409th CSB Theater Contracting Center intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the manufacture and installation of office furnishings at a newly built administrative facility in Germersheim, Germany. The administrative facility is a four (4) story building that will house offices, conference areas, training rooms, break rooms, storage and archive areas, and common areas. The furniture will be built to Government design and specification. This contract will also include office chairs, various tables, and refuse containers. Installation will begin in January 2012. Complete details will be given in the Performance Work Statement of RFQ W912CM-11-T-0114 to be released on or about 17 May 2011. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13.5. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
