- Solicitation #FIMILD11960001 Statement of Work Attention- The 48th Contracting Squadron, USAF, RAF Lakenheath, UK is currently soliciting quotes for the following service: The contractor shall provide, to the best commercial standard, all labor, equipment, facilities and transportation in performance of a vehicle lease contract for the period of : 01 October 2011 to 30 September 2012 provided to the following location: RAF Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 8NF, United Kingdom. -Supply One (1) Volkswagen Passat TDI or equivalent, (Sedan/Saloon). Vehicle must meet minimum criteria listed in the attached Statement of Work. -Supply One(1)Volkswagen 9 Seat Shuttle or equivalent, (9 Seat People Carrier). Vehicle must meet minimum criteria listed in the attached Statement of Work. For the duration of the contract, the contractor shall provide a reputable UK wide, 24-hour a day, 7 days a week vehicle accident and/or breakdown response service to be used by the driver in the event of an accident and/or breakdown. Company name, phone number, membership number, etc, shall be provided in writing to the contracting officer prior to contract start date.
