SPECIAL NOTICE-VA-241-11-RQ-0684-PRIMER PAIR ACQUISITION-ON/ABOUT 5/2/11 The Veterans' Affairs Medical Center in West Haven, Connecticut, intends to contract with Focus Diagnostics, Inc., on/about 2 May 2011 for the following diagnostic supplies to be delivered to us on/about 3 May 2011 to satisfy emergency needs for testing supplies: 1.HSV 1 PRIMER PAIR. FOUR PAIRS. 2.HSV 2 PRIMER PAIR. FOUR PAIRS. 3.VZV PRIMER PAIR. FOUR PAIRS. 4.CMV PRIMER PAIR. FOUR PAIRS. The above named company is believed to be the only maker/supplier of these items, intended for use in their equipment. We have been unable to identify any other sources. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy publicizing requirements, and to inform that if there are other sources that can provide future needs for this product, please contact point of contact stated on the front of this form.
