- This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility. Multi-tasking, Semi-automated Electrophoresis Workstation: 1 each - 18-1018-23 - PhastSystem Separation control and development units, 120VAC 1 each - 17-0543-01 - Phast gel IEF 3-9 1 each - 18-1001-23 - Semi Dry Blotting Unit 1 each - 18-1618-01 - Phast Sample Applicators 8 x 1ul 1 each - 17-0677-01 - Phast Gel Dry IEF Specifications: 1) Must be a multi-tasking workstation. 2) Must be a semi-automated electrophoresis system. 3) Must be capable of separation, blotting and staining. 4) Must be capable of analyzing proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. 5) Must be capable of reproducible, high resolution, publication-quality results. 6) The part numbers listed are GE HealthCare Life Sciences. 7) Offerors are requested to quote on the items listed or equivalent. 8) "Equivalent" offers shall provide complete specifications and/or descriptive literature for any alternates offered, stating catalog number, manufacturer, packaging; failure to include complete specifications will cause offer to be non-responsive. 9) Offerors offering alternate items may be required to provide a demonstration of their items prior to acceptance. 10) Offerors are requested to quote NEW only, quotes received for like new, used or refurbished will be considered no responsive. 11) Warranty shall be ______months, including parts, labor and travel. 12) All offers must be F.O.B. Destination. 13) Any shipping charges must be indicated and listed on the response for evaluation. 14) Partial offers will not be considered. 15) Award of this Proposal may be made without discussion. 16) Offeror agrees to make delivery of the quoted items in ______ days after receipt of order. 17) Offeror must self-certify in the Central Contractor Registration, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to be eligible for an award. 18) Offeror must state whether installation of this equipment and training on the use of this equipment is included in the offer price. In the event that these are not included in the purchase price, offeror must provide cost of a) Installation and b) Training as separate optional items on their offer.
