- This notice is issued by the NASA/KSC to post an RFI for a modular animal carefacility via the internet, and solicit responses from interested parties (see attachedRFI document). No solicitation exists. This document is for information and planningpurposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibilityof the requirement, as well as promote competition. Prospective offerors are invited tosubmit written comments or questions to: Nicole Rivera at Nicole.Rivera@nasa.gov, nolater than 4:00PM EST on 6/1/2011. When responding reference NNK11RFINR01. Oralcommunications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice.This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government,nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.Respondents willnot be notified of the results.An ombudsman has been appointed -- See NASA Specific Note 'B'.The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet.
