Description

The Government intends to procure commercial items under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for panels, reagents and consumables for the BD Phoenix Microbiology Instrument on a brand name or equal basis. Requirement is to meet the needs of the Phoenix VA Health Care System, Pathology and Laboratory Department. The contract shall be for a base period with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about May 4, 2011, with offers due on or about May 18, 2011. NAICS identified with this requirement is 325413, with a size standard of 100 Employees.
