- Non Disclosure Contractor Clauses / SOW / Provisions Non Disclosure Employee (i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and its addendum constitute the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a Time and Materials commercial services contract for Information Technology Consulting, Support and Implementation Services. Simplified procurement procedures will be used per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. (ii) This combined synopsis/solicitation request for quotation (RFQ), is issued as an EDWOSB set-aside. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-51. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text (iv) The NAICS code is 541618 and size standard is $7.0 million. (v) This combined synopsis/solicitation contains twelve (12) contract line item numbers (CLINS): four (4) Time and Material contract line item numbers (CLINS), four (4) not to exceed line items and four (4) not separately priced deliverable items. The solicitiation is for a base year with three (3) option periods of performance. The schedule of items is attached along with clauses, statement of work, attachments and provisions. The Government may award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. CLINS 0001 through 3003, for OIT Remediation, Support, and Implementation Services, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Quoters shall provide pricing in Table 1; FAR 52.212-2 clause and in accordance with (vi) of this combined synopsis. (vi) See the FAR 52.212-2 Note to Offeror: Instructions for the Preparation of Technical and Business Quotations. (vii). Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination, US Securities & Exchange Commission / Office of the Chief Operating Officer / 100 F St. NE / Washington DC 20549. The estimated completion date for this requirement is June of 2015. (viii) The FAR provisions and clauses are attached and those incorporated by reference can be found in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this solicitation. (xv) Questions are due May 05, 2011 by 2:30p.m. EST. Quotes are due May 12, 2011 by 2:30 p.m. EST. All Quotes must be signed. Quotes may be mailed to: US Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Acquisitions, 6432 General Green Way, Mail Stop 0-20, Attn: Jose-Luis Gallagher, Alexandria, VA, 22312.
