- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to award a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for Network Time Protocol Server Computers (NTP), and repair services. Anticipated IDIQ quantities for the NTP Servers are Min 2 ea. Max 50 ea. The required NTPs and repair services being solicited shall be in accordance with salient characteristics, and Statement of Work (SOW) both of which will be issued with the solicitation. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination to NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. The applicable NAICS Classification is 334119 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract IAW FAR 6.203 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on -Submit Bid- does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers via email to the POC at NSWC Crane.
