- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: LA City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: North: from the intersection of Interstate Hwy 110 and Florida Blvd. (Hwy 190) in an easterly direction on Florida Blvd. (Hwy 190) to Airlines Hwy (Hwy 61). East: from the Intersection of Florida Blvd (Hwy 190) and Airlines Hwy (Hwy 61). In a southeast direction on Airlines Hwy (Hwy 61) to the Intersection of Exchequer Dr. South: From the intersection of Airlines Hwy (Hwy 61) and Exchequer Dr. In a southwest direction on Exchequer Dr. to the Intersection of Interstate Hwy 10. From Interstate Hwy 10 in a northwest direction until merge with Interstate Hwy 110. West: From The merge of Interstate Hwy 10 and Interstate Hwy 110 in a northbound direction on Interstate Hwy 110 until the delineated area is enclosed at Florida Blvd. (Hwy 190). Minimum Sq. Ft.
