Description

The Government (ASC/PKOAA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: Care Fusion Solutions, located in San Diego, CA. (FIRM-FIXED CONTRACT) The Products being procured are: Next Generation Alaris PC Unit, Model Number 8015 (Qty: 2 each) Alaris Pump Module, Model Number 8100 (Qty: 4 each) Guardrails Point-of-Care Software for Alaris PC units (Qty: 2 each) Guardrails Point-of-Care Software for Modules (Qty: 4 each) NOTE: THE FREIGHT CHARGE IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST) (Location: United States Air Force Clinic, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within seven (7) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
