(ABOA): 52,087 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,691 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 reserved, secured spaces for Government vehicles + access to 243 spaces for employees/visitors Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 reserved, secured spaces for Government vehicles + access to 243 spaces for employees/visitors Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 17 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be designed to LEED-Silver specifications.
