Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source fixed-price contract to FrontRange Solutions USA, Inc., Dept 0493, P.O. Box 120493, Dallas TX 75312-0493. This sole source contract is for annual maintenance for FrontRange's suite ITSM software modules for IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and Customer Service Managment solutions. The period of performance is date of award through one year. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) - Only one responsible source. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
