- Justification and Approval AFDW/ PKE Contracting has a requirement for leasing of authorized executive vehicles which includes two 2010 Cadillac DTS and two 2010 Ford Expedition Limited Edition EL. This will be an unrestricted requirement. A sole-source,firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. It is intended that this requirement will be awarded to Standard Leasing Corporation, 4720 Baltimore Avenue Hyattsville, Maryland 20781. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532112 with a size standard of $25,500,000. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7515. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information. All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement described above to A1C Matthew Little via email at matthew.little-02@afncr.af.mil, or by mail at the following address: AFDW/PKEC 2822 Doherty Dr SW Building 94 Suite 310 Anacostia Naval Annex Washington DC 20373-5810.
