- This is a synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. A11PS00177 herein cited is procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. This acquisition is unrestricted. DESCRIPTION: QUOTATION SHALL INCLUDE: AIR FARE PRICE FROM ALBUQUERQUE TO NEW ORLEANS, LA., TOUR BUS, FOOD AND LODGING FOR 4 DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN NEW ORLEANS, BAGGAGE FEES FOR HTE AIRLINES, TOUR GUIDE, NIGHT SECURITY FOR THE THREE NIGHTS, AND PAID ADMISSIONS TO MUSEUMS AND ETC. WHILE IN NEW ORLEANS. LEAVING ON MAY 4, 2011 AND RETURNING MAY 8, 2011. 1. 30 STUDENTS = UNIT PRICE $_______________ = TOTAL COST $_______________ 2. 6 CHARPERONES (ADULTS) = UNIT PRICE $_____________ = TOTAL COST $_____________ Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quote conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. The following FAR Clauses applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (including any addenda), FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds applies to this acquisition.
