Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete Project 610-11-123, Interior Painting, Buildings 52, 53, 55, 76 and 79 at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, IN. Contractor shall prepare walls, prime and paint walls, caulk door frames and prime and paint interior and exterior doors. Contractor shall also move furniture and remove and install hardware where necessary. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Applicable NAICS is 238320; $14 million applies. This project is set-aside for a service-disabled veteran owned small business. Completion time is 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. Solicitation will be available on or about April 27, 2011, from website http://www.fbo.gov/. Bid opening is scheduled for May 27, 2011.
