- Description
- DLA Distribution has a requirement for Information Technology (IT) System Support services for DLA Information Operations at Ogden (J6O). More specifically, the services will be to: • Design, code, test and integrate requirements into J6U supported systems. • Provide expertise to J6U for general and specific activities related to software development and maintenance, data administration, configuration management, software process improvement, information assurance, and IT support infrastructure. • Coordinate and implement system software changes at various operational sites to include overseas locations. The government intends to issue a request for proposals for a base year of performance beginning 1 September 2011 and ending 31 August 2012. Additionally, there will be four (4) one (1) year options. While travel may be required through the contract performance period, the majority of the performance will take place in New Cumberland PA and Ogden UT. The government intends to award a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for a base year period of performance and four (4) one (1) year options for the system support services referenced above. This is a competitive 8(a) set aside. This has been accepted by the SBA under requirement number: The applicable NAICs code is 541511. The size standard is $25,000,000.00. All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal that will be considered by DLA Distribution. The solicitation number is SP3300-11-R-0005, and it will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 2 May 2011.
