Description

GSA form 3626- Lease Document The Government seeks to lease clinical space immediately to be fully complete and ready for servicing by May 1, 2011. The requirements are as follows: The acceptable offer with the lowest price per square foot, according to the ansi/boma z65. 1-1996 definition for boma usuable office area, whice means "the area where a tenant normally houses personnel and/or furniture, for which a measurement is to be computed". Lowest Cost considering all technical cost factors. All utilities included. Require the use of reception area. Require the use of two(2) examination rooms. The use of one private counseling room. Approximately 100-150 sf area to be used for office space/meeting area. Parking on premises. Delineated Area: South of Weller Road, East of Connecticut Avenue, North of Veirs Mill Road and University Blvd, West of Arcola Ave. The space is required to be located within Silver Spring, Maryland with public transportation not exceeding a walkable 250 feet as determined by the Government Contracting Officer.
