Description
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H2C11069AG01is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332420. The business size standard is 500. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: LINE ITEM: 0001 Contractor must be registered in CCR 600 Gallon Ground Support Fuel Service Cart to include the following: Low profile, elliptical tank design. Type-304 stainless steel tank. Double walled to self-contain any possible leak. Open design pump platform prevents dangerous build-up of fuel vapors. Lockable to man way and fuel fill port prevents fuel contamination. Top fill with diagonal internal tube that prevents static build-up from free fall of fuel. Weather sealed LED lighting with low current draw. LED lighting runs cool to allow for safe operation around fuel vapors. Carbon impregnated fuel hose which prevents static generation and build-up. Emergency kill button allows for complete shutdown of pump in critical situations. Fire extinguisher mounted for easy and fast access. Bonding clamp and cable to equalize static voltage potential. Particulate filter aviation grade to remove contaminants from fuels. Universal spill kit to react like "First responders" to accidental spills. Automatic shutoff fuel nozzle, not to be confused with auto-locking nozzle, this has been disabled. Flow is comparable to the experience of refueling ones car at the gas station. Sealed, leak proof, deep cycle Optima batteries for long run time and safety. Metal electrical box, grounded and sealed against vapors and weather. Ten gallon air bottle with over pressure protection. Non-skid material to prevent slipping. Painted: Tone down gray with black stripe, standard USAF paint scheme. Battery charging from the tow vehicle or AC connection. Tank drain that can be used for a sample port. Unit is to be shrink wrapped only. Standard commercial warranty included. UID not included, standard metal tag only. Commercial manual provided with system. Ship date to be 60 days upon receipt of order. Contractor Registration(CCR) prior to award.
