Description
Delineated Market Area Map Franklin, TN 0TN2068. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Franklin Delineated Area: North: Highway 96 South: Saturn Parkway, Highway 396 East: Interstate 65 West: Highway 31 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,812 Maximum Sq. Ft. (Rentable): 3,234 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years firm Additional Requirements: The proposed office space must be located on the ground floor, and must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). The space must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Secured parking for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) may be required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
