- This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Larry H Miller Baseball, Inc (dba Salt Lake Bees)77 West 1300 South Salt Lake City, Utah,84115 for a marketing campaign at their athletic facility for the 2011 Season. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify Jennifer Shaw in writing via e-mail at jennifer.shaw5@us.army.mil by 5:00 pm MST on 4 April 2011. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
