Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Varian Medical Systems, 660 North McCarthy Boulevard, Milpitas, CA 95035 for furnishing all labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair service on Varian CL-21EX Linear Accelerator (SN #21EX-2978), Varian CL-21IX Linear Accelerator (SN #H140792), Varian Medical ARIA (SN #3K4CLH1), Varian Argus QA software (SN #98107941) and Varian Eclipse Treatment Planning Systems located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Atlanta, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033-4004. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice are required to submit technical data, including costs, sufficient to determine capability in providing similar service.
