Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award on a Sole Source basis a firm-fixed price contract to Kenda Electronic Systems, Ltd., Earth Data Division, Nutsey Lane, Totton, Southampton, SO40 3NB, England to procure the following: Two (2) each 6-Channel EDR-209 Digitizer with MIL-26482 bayonet connectors, internal GPS received, external 3V GPS antenna, 15m GPS cable, Ethernet output, and 1GB internal storage. Part #: 240-280-6BCF3 This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: A comprehensive survey of commercial sources of 24-bit digitizers was conducted that lead to the identification of the EDR-209 Digitizer as being able to meet the minimum specifications/requirements detailed in the attached document. The NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination.
