Description

The National Cemetery Administration requires services for grounds maintenance at Fort Crawford National Cemetery located in Prairie du Chien, WI. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and reports necessary to cover the grounds maintenance work as stated in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation with a period of performance of a base and four options, if exercised. The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7 million. The anticipated award date is on or before April 29, 2011. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr and VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and must have current record in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to contract award. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 23, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due on or before April 6, 2011 at 2:00p.m Eastern Daylight Time. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at the Federal Business Opportunity website http://www.FedBizOpps.gov.
