- The purpose of this modification is to change this Basic + 2-100% Options to a One-time Urgent Buy - ALL OTHER CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Katilda Farrar, Contract Specialist, email: katilda.j.farrar@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX1C0021AX; NOUN: Door, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-550-5322; P/N: 414S6002-6; Qty is 5 each on an Urgent One-time buy contract applicable to CH-47 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 5 each 31 March 2011. This requirement is restricted to The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272) because the government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
