The purpose of this contract is to provide reasonable accommodation for Dr. Clara Chen, a quadriplegic, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the language of this Act, reasonable accommodations should make it easier for the employee to successfully perform the duties of the position. NIH is requesting the continued services of Holy Cross who have been the awarded contractor for the nurse assistant services provided to NIH for Dr. Chen over the past seven years. The incumbent has been consistent with its exceptional services and accommodating the flexible needs of the NIH for Dr. Chen.
